As the fifth-most populous city in the country, Philadelphia offers a wide array of activities and culture for visitors. The city is home to both the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Philadelphia Museum of Art, as well as Fairmount Park, one of the country’s oldest urban parks. Tourism serves as a driving factor behind the city’s economy, with visitors flocking to see the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall - where the Declaration of Independence was signed. Sports fans have a variety of options of teams to follow, with the Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and 76ers dominating the landscape. Philadelphia also added two professional soccer teams in 2010, with the Union (men) and the Independence (women) making their debuts.
The Greater Philadelphia area is also home to a number of prestigious colleges and universities, including the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, Villanova University, Saint Joseph’s University, LaSalle University and Drexel University
